Mexico is blessed with two coastlines and some wonderful beaches and coats and peninsulas. Between the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico there is the Yucatan peninsula which held treasures of the past Mayan civilization to be seen in places like Uxmal and Chichen Itza whereas many holiday makers head for the resorts in Cancun on the coats.
On the other side of Mexico is another peninsula but very different in character to the Yucatan, This is the 1000 mile long arid peninsula that stretches from Tijuana on the US border and Capo San Lucas which is the entrance to the enclose Baja California.
La Paz is the pain city of the southern peninsula but the favorite holiday destination is in face the Cabo San Lucas itself which has an international Airport and some of the most fabulous hotels and resorts and places to stay in the whole of Baja California.
